Framework contracts for FY 2026-2027 covering hot and cold items, generator lubricants and POL charges, stationery and computer stationery, printing and publications, miscellaneous stores, bed and boxes, other stores, ordinance stores, sports items, tents and tarpaulins, dietary items, flexes, ice and coal, barriers and other items, plant and machinery items, IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture and fixtures, lubricants, repair of police vehicles and transport, tyres and tubes, filters, batteries, and repair or renovation of police buildings. Total estimated cost is Rs.127 million with total earnest money of Rs.2,540,000. Individual estimated costs and 2% earnest money include stationery and computer stationery Rs.8 million and Rs.160,000, printing Rs.3 million and Rs.60,000, feeding charges Rs.4 million and Rs.80,000, miscellaneous stores Rs.30 million and Rs.600,000, plant and machinery and IT equipment Rs.9 million and Rs.180,000, furniture and fixtures Rs.6 million and Rs.120,000, machinery and equipment repair Rs.4 million and Rs.80,000, furniture and fixture repair Rs.3 million and Rs.60,000, lubricants Rs.30 million and Rs.600,000, police vehicle repair Rs.10 million and Rs.200,000, tyres tubes filters and batteries Rs.10 million and Rs.200,000, and police building repair and renovation Rs.10 million and Rs.200,000. Bids must be submitted through EPADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and must contain technical and financial proposals inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid security of 2% of the head-wise estimated cost must accompany technical proposals in the form of Pay Order or CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the District Police Office Gujrat. Successful bidders must provide performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value. Award will be based on the lowest rate offered for highest quality of items. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany technical bids. Bid validity extends until 30.06.2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of original procurement.
