Hiring Of Security Services For Child Protection Institute Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of ex-servicemen security services for the Child Protection Institute in Islamabad for a period of one year, extendable on satisfactory performance. Eligible security companies must have a representative office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and be registered with SECP and the Ministry of Interior. The procurement is for non-consultancy services and will use Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque or Bid Securing Declaration. Manual bids will not be accepted.
