Procurement on framework contract basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System covering hot and cold items - printing items - black and white printer toners - colour printer toners - furniture repair - hardware repair - photocopier and printer repair and maintenance - UPS, generator and power equipment repair and maintenance - air conditioner repair and maintenance - general machinery, appliances and equipment repair and maintenance - paper, filing and binding supplies - writing, marking and general desk stationery - office, leather, branded and presentation accessories - paint, electrical, hardware and maintenance supplies - cleaning, sanitation, washroom and housekeeping supplies - kitchen, dining and hospitality supplies - gardening, pest-control and outdoor utility supplies - ceremonial, branded, office and general accessories. The total estimated amount is Rs.207,577,386 and bid securities are 3% of the estimated amount of each lot. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable joint ventures must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, have a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically under the single stage two envelope procedure, and samples of all items except repair work must be submitted before bid opening. Bidders may participate in individual lots or all lots, must quote every item in a selected lot, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped. A 10% performance guarantee is required upon acceptance.
