Procurement And Repair Services For Police Department Operat Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for Stationery; miscellaneous and electrical items and cleanliness items; repair of transport including purchase of tyres, tubes, batteries and filters and repair of government vehicles and motorcycles; repair of machinery including computers, printers, generators, photocopiers and fax machines; purchase of lubricants and Mobil Oil; and repair and renovation of government offices and other buildings. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement. Bid security is 3% of estimated cost and must be submitted electronically through PSID. Technical and financial proposals are required, with 5% performance guarantee upon acceptance. Bids will be opened at 12:00 Hours.
