Procurement of medicines and drugs for the State of the Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo, Lahore. The estimated amount is Rs.17.000 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated price, stated as Rs.0.340 million. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Signed and stamped technical and financial bids shall be submitted online through the e-Procurement System and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security shall be processed digitally through the e-Procurement System. Bids shall be opened through the e-Procurement System in the presence of the committee and bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bidding documents are available without fee through the PPRA and e-Procurement websites. Incomplete unsigned unstamped or late bids shall not be considered. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission. The procuring department reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
