Procurement Of Dermatology Laser Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dermatology equipment comprising YAG Laser PICO on FOR basis with an estimated cost of Rs.1.9 million and CO2 Fractional Laser on FOR basis with an estimated cost of Rs.1.8 million. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, stated as Rs.38,000 for the YAG Laser and Rs.36,000 for the CO2 Fractional Laser. Eligible manufacturers sole agents and authorized agents of foreign or local principals engaged in trading must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically, and original bid security shall be submitted with the technical proposal in addition to the uploaded soft copy. Bid security may be provided through Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. Each item shall be evaluated and awarded separately and bidders may participate in one or more items. Items must be quoted with both brand name and model name. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
