Agriculture Ipm Office Items Supply Tender Notice

Supply of IPM pesticides, chemicals, tools, machinery and laboratory consumables; printing and publicity materials for training seminars and workshops; lunch and high tea for training seminars workshops and conferences; office and laboratory equipment, office supplies and miscellaneous items; office stationery; furniture and fixtures; and repair and spare parts of vehicles and agriculture machinery for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under Regular, Development and ETI budgets. Bids must be accompanied by 3% of total offered rates as bid security in the form of CDR issued by scheduled banks and KCBL in favour of the Deputy Director Agriculture IPM Gilgit. Suppliers must clearly mention the lot or item number and name, demonstrate two years relevant experience through a completion certificate for similar work, quote rates for all items, and avoid unrealistic rates. Quotations without call deposit, submitted after the due date or made conditionally will be treated as non-responsive. The Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure will be adopted and financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Tender documents are available during office hours until the stated deadline and tenders will be opened at 10:30 AM.
