Procurement under Lot No. 01 for IT items for a video conference unit, including a 65-inch interactive FHD/4K smart touch panel with Android 14 or above, dual Android and Windows OPS support, camera and AI-enabled conference functions, wireless screen sharing, LAN connectivity, HDMI, USB and Type-C interfaces, built-in speakers, wall-mounted kit and trolley stand; HD conference camera with AI noise reduction, auto framing, speaker tracking and wireless screen sharing; professional conference speakerphone with integrated microphones, 360-degree voice pickup, expandable microphones, DSP, acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, USB Type-C, Bluetooth and rechargeable battery; and wireless presentation system supporting 4K mirroring, multiple source devices, HDMI, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, Miracast, AirPlay and DLNA. Lot No. 02 covers UPS equipment with hybrid inverter rated 6KVA or above, wide input voltage range, 220-240V output, pure sine wave, 48V battery system with 5.12 KWh lithium battery bank, remote monitoring, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 6000 life cycles, BMS compatibility, breakers, cabling and complete installation, with inverter and battery pack of the same brand. Lot No. 03 covers electric items and internet connection, including smart 65-inch LED 4K display where specified, LED panel lights, ceiling fans, two internet connections from different ISPs with load-balancing router and six-month internet package, two-ton inverter split air conditioner with copper coils, anti-corrosive fins, suitable refrigerant, comprehensive warranty and installation including copper pipe, breaker, board and power supply. Lot No. 04 covers furniture and room works including overall U-shape meeting tables, revolving chairs with arms, chairs with arms, PVC wall paneling, false ceiling and glass partition with tempered glass and doors. The procurement is under PPRA Rules through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Participation through Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) is compulsory. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online and hard copies will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 02 September 2026 in the presence of the purchase committee and representatives. Tender rates remain valid for 120 days from the last date of submission and rates will be evaluated lot-wise. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA, Punjab E-Procurement System and Board website and may be downloaded free of cost. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Rates must include all applicable taxes and be quoted on F.O.R basis.
