Annual framework contract for procurement of pots of different sizes for Horticulture Agency, Lahore, including earthen pots 14-inch size diameter - earthen Peshawari pots 18-inch size diameter - plastic pots 4-inch - plastic pots 10-inch - plastic pots 12-inch - plastic hanging pots 14-inch - cement planters round shape 24-inch diameter, 21-inch height and 1-inch width with concrete crush pipes - cement planters round shape 20-inch diameter and 20-inch height - rectangular shaped cemented planters. Lot-wise lowest rates are to be accepted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement is under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Lot-wise samples are mandatory and shall be evaluated by the technical committee. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms shall be opened. Required quantities may be increased or decreased by 15%. Items are to be supplied at the Horticulture Agency Lahore head office. Bid security is 2% for the respective lot. Technical bid opening time is 11:30 AM.
