Supply Of Manufactured Vehicles And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories under a procurement comprising one item. Only electronic bids are to be submitted through the Electronic Public Procurement System, with no physical bid required. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must have three similar assignments of comparable nature and complexity valued at PKR 100,000,000 during the previous three years, turnover of at least PKR 173,250,000 in the three subsequent previous years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List, Sales Tax Certificate, and must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security of 5% of the quoted amount must be submitted through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favor of the procuring entity. Bidders must specify a delivery period not exceeding 90 days, possess credit line facility or account balance equal to 25% of the total cost, quote market-competitive rates, preferably maintain an established office in Quetta, and provide manufacturer authorization or dealership. Bidders must also provide an undertaking confirming authenticity of submitted documents and disclosure of all required information. Tender fee is not required. The bid submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 11:30 AM and bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM.
