Description

Procurement under the scheme for upgradation of Forest Development related Training Facilities and Rehabilitation Infrastructure includes furniture, mattresses, bed sheets and other hostel equipment - gym and physical training equipment - smart interactive classrooms with 86-inch interactive flat panels - auxiliary materials for training and teaching - digitization of presentation room with Zoom meeting facilities - upgradation of surveillance CCTV/IP system - digital standee 3ft x 5ft display system with controller and software - solar backup system for digital infrastructure - computer lab and smart classroom hall - automatic biometric attendance system - smart classroom with sound system and auxiliary materials. The procurement is through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Lots 1 to 9 use Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, while Lots 10 and 11 use Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Lot-wise bid security is required through CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the procuring entity. Bidders must provide firm registration, authorized representative CNIC, active income and sales tax registration, and No Litigation/Non-Blacklisting certificate. Original bid security and required affidavit must be submitted in hard copy through registered courier, while prescribed documents must be uploaded through EPADS. Technical proposals for applicable lots are evaluated separately and a minimum qualifying score of 70% is required before financial proposals are opened. A pre-bid meeting for Lots 10 and 11 is scheduled for 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids are opened at 12:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Successful bidders must obtain sample and specification verification before supply. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
