Description

Procurement of furniture for the University of Swabi under HEC funding for 2026. Sealed bids are invited from Original Manufacturers registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payers List, as well as registered with EPADS. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure through EPADS. A CDR or bid security of 2% of the bid from scheduled banks of Pakistan in favor of Treasurer University of Swabi is required, with the original bid security submitted to the designated office and scanned copy attached with the EPADS bid. Electronic technical bids will be opened and evaluated according to KPPRA rules and the bidding documents, while financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders after completion of the qualification process. Financial bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. All applicable taxes shall be deducted at prescribed government rates. Incomplete, disfigured, overwritten or delayed bids will be treated as non-responsive. Firms involved in litigation with any government department or organization are not eligible. Bidders must quote rates for each item and submit required samples with the bid. A non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs.3000 is required.
