Procurement under framework contract for Hot & Cold items, POL for generator including lubricant, POL charges including lubricant, stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, other items, miscellaneous stores, purchase and repair of transport, plant and machinery, repair of machinery, purchase of furniture, repair of furniture and fixture, repair of buildings including SIPS and other buildings, feeding food for horses, and related goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids must comprise technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes and must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be considered. Bidders must submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost head-wise with the technical bids in the prescribed form. The bidding procedure is Single Stage - Two Envelope under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of lowest rate offered for the required quality of items. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and provide the required registration certificates and documents. Bid validity remains until 30.06.2027, repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement, and late submissions are not permitted. The estimated procurement value is PKR 127 million.
