Design Supply Installation Sensor Network Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification for design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an Integrated Hyperlocal Sensor Mesh (HySeM) Network including solar power backup, central data management system, monitoring software and associated services. The project requires a complete package and partial participation or partial scope is not permitted. National and local companies or firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System, relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate, and joint venture or consortium participation is allowed. Pre-qualification shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Applicants must submit duly completed, signed and stamped documents online using the PDF upload method. Applications are to be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM; late or non-conforming submissions will be rejected and partial or conditional applications will not be considered.
