Purchase Of Miscellaneous Items For District Police Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contract for hot and cold items, POL for generator and lubricant, POL charges and lubricant, stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, feeding food for horses, other items, miscellaneous stores, transport purchase and repair, plant and machinery, furniture, repair of furniture and fixtures, repair of buildings, machinery repair and related police supplies. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-Pads by 02-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial proposals inclusive of taxes are required, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost head wise in the form of Pay Order or CDR and a performance guarantee of 5% of contract value. Single stage two envelope procedure applies, bids are evaluated on lowest rate with quality requirements, bid validity extends to 30-06-2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of original procurement.
