Operation Maintenance Repair Tubewell Assets Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of goods services and works on rate contract basis for financial year 2026-27 covering operation maintenance and repair of tubewells - pumping stations - government vehicles - office and residential buildings - workshop - machinery and equipment - furniture and fixtures - allied assets and miscellaneous items. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration through June 2027 in the relevant category or specialization, FBR and SRB registration with Active Taxpayer Status, three years income tax returns, three years bank statements, and documentary evidence of similar works during the last three years. An e-stamp affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation with government or semi-government departments is required. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through SPPRA EPADS. Each electronic bid must contain the proposal and company profile with relevant experience, annual turnover, registrations, litigation information and required affidavits. Bid security is Rs.800,000 in the form of CDR, bank guarantee or pay order from a scheduled bank, while the non-refundable tender fee is Rs.3,000. Original bid security and tender fee must also be submitted before bid opening, and security from third-party, personal or unrelated accounts or unnamed security will be treated as non-responsive. The primary bid submission deadline is 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids are opened at 11:30 AM through EPADS. In case of an unresponded procurement, a second attempt is scheduled for 21-09-2026 with submission up to 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 90 days and incomplete or conditional bids will not be entertained.
