KTDMC invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers service providers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List for hiring canteen services - transportation services - procurement installation and commissioning of an air dryer blade welding machine and sand blasting machine - disposal of miscellaneous scrap - assorted ferrous and non-ferrous materials - hydraulic cylinders - mould bases and accessories - computer accessories - tooling accessories - machines and machine accessories - electrical appliances - oils and lubricants - tax consultancy services. Procurement methods include single stage single envelope and single stage two envelope procedures as specified for the respective tenders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids are not accepted except that manual bids may be accepted for disposal of miscellaneous scrap. Tender documents contain detailed specifications requirements terms conditions bid security and declarations. A non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 1,000 is applicable where documents are purchased from KTDMC. Scanned bid security must be uploaded through EPADS and the original must reach the Purchase Department before the applicable submission deadline.
