Framework contract for procurement of sanitation and cleanliness consumable items for the hostel of Fatima Jinnah Women University. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and be active tax filers. Prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable, and quoted prices shall remain valid for 90 days and may be extended for another 30 days. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the total estimated price, amounting to Rs.30,631 against an estimated cost of Rs.1,531,552, shall be submitted online in favour of the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement shall use the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and evaluation shall be based on technical compliance and the lowest evaluated e-bid. E-bids must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 11:00 hours and will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. Offers submitted by mail, courier or by hand will be rejected.
