Plant Propagation Agricultural Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of services required for plant propagation and agricultural activities with an estimated price of Rs.4,950,000 and bid security of 3 percent of estimated cost. The services include maintenance and shifting of citrus and high value crops cuttings, shelling of groundnut pods, seed cleaning, seed packing and sowing of groundnut. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no manual bid will be accepted. Eligible contractors and firms must provide income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the bidding documents. Bid security of 3 percent shall be submitted digitally through a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted by 1 September 2026 at 14:00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. The successful bidder shall sign a procurement contract and provide the services within 10 days of issuance of the work order, failing which bid security will be forfeited.
