Description
Special repair of metalled road from Veterinary Hospital Basti Gishkori including bridge length from Basti Rasheed Abad to Bhu, covering a length of 1.22 KM. The work is to be undertaken by eligible engineering firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost is required through digital online payment, while the lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the contract amount in the prescribed form. Contractors must quote item rates and total amounts for each item and the grand total, and percentage-based quotations above or below the approved cost will not be accepted. TST, DST and surfacing shall be executed through a mechanized system. No price variation will be admissible and claims shall be submitted electronically.
