Construction and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes in newly merged districts under AIP 188/200103, including DWSS at Gulo Kass Tehsil Khar - DWSS at Zamindaro Killi Tehsil Khar - DWSS Malkano Cham Village Zorebandar Khar, together with annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes in PHE Sub Division Khar and Nawagai, District Bajaur, covering civil works and electrical or mechanical works for 2026-27. Eligible bidders must have required Pakistan Engineering Council categories and codes renewed for 2026-27, registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, active KP Revenue Authority and FBR status, PHE Department registration or enlistment, and an Electric Inspector licence for specified electrical or mechanical works. The procurement shall use the single stage single envelope procedure. Bid security is required at 2% of the estimated cost in the prescribed form, with additional security where applicable. Bids must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Electrical or mechanical contractors must provide the prescribed workshop verification certificate. Participating contractors must provide skilled labour information and have a workshop or warehouse in District Bajaur.
