Provision Office Furniture Pfas Tender Notice
Description
Provision of office furniture for Punjab Financial Advisory Services. Bids are invited from firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Partial bidding for any items is not permitted. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the single stage one envelope procedure prescribed in PPRA Rules, 2014. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically by the closing time and bids or bid security submitted manually in hard copy or through courier will not be entertained. Estimated total cost is PKR 19,155,000 inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid security is PKR 383,100 representing 2% of the estimated amount and shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Late bids shall be rejected and the procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
