Revamping And Reconstruction Of Dispensaries And Mch Centers Tender Notice
Description
Revamping and reconstruction of existing dispensaries and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Centers in District Mandi Bahauddin as balance work under the specified scheme. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category specification and code, and contractors must produce the original PEC licence showing the requisite specification or code. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under PPRA Rule 38(1) single stage single envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security is 5% and shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; physical financial instruments including CDRs will not be accepted. Bidders must quote rates against each entry or item of DNIT or BOQs and complete rate analysis summary and sub-summary pages, otherwise incomplete financial bids shall be non-responsive. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount within 15 days. Bids will be opened electronically at the office of the Superintending Engineer Building Circle Gujrat in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives.
