Construction of Bab-e-Mamund District Bajaur - Construction of Bab-e-Salarzai Tehsil Salarzai District Bajaur - Construction of Bab-e-Barang District Bajaur - Construction of Bab-e-Utman Khail District Bajaur, under Uplifting and Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights and Green Spaces in Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with estimated cost of Rs.15 million and bid security of Rs.300,000 at 2% of the Engineer Estimate for each work. Bids are invited through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C5 or above with CE-01, CE-09 and CE-10 specialization codes, holding sole proprietorship or AOP documentation, centralized C&W enlistment, FBR Income Tax registration and KPRA Provincial Sales Tax registration, together with three years audit reports matching tax returns and containing UDIN. Electronic bids and scanned documents are to be submitted through EPADS, while original bid security must also be physically delivered to the procuring office. The pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 02:00 PM on 17-08-2026 and online clarification was permitted until 05:00 PM on 03-09-2026. Electronic bids are opened at 12:00 hours on the bid opening date. Rates may be quoted above, below or at par with Engineer Estimates. Additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply to bids quoted more than 10% below or more than 20% below the Engineer Estimate, and bids remain valid for 120 days from closing.
