Upgradation of Forest Development related Training Facilities and Rehabilitation Infrastructure at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Abbottabad through seven packages including Trainee Sanitation and Community Facilities Works - Instructors and Trainees Facilities - Fire-Safety and Infrastructure Works - Facilities for Visiting Trainers and Officials Residential Facilities - Sports and Physical Training Rehabilitation and Upgradation - Rehabilitation and Renovation of Trainees Hostels - Administrative Residential Common-Facility and Security Works. Estimated package costs are Rs.26.08 million, Rs.10.3 million, Rs.14.77 million, Rs.18.25 million, Rs.11.84 million, Rs.25.74 million and Rs.18.15 million respectively, with bid securities of Rs.521,600, Rs.206,200, Rs.295,400, Rs.365,000, Rs.236,800, Rs.514,800 and Rs.363,000 respectively. E-tenders are invited under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding documents are to be downloaded and submitted through EPADS. The electronic tender submission deadline is 1st September 2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bid security for each package shall be furnished through Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Procuring Entity. Bidders must possess relevant PEC codes and cost limits and submit firm registration, PEC license, owner or authorized representative CNIC, active tax registrations and No Litigation or Non-Blacklisting Certificate. Bid security and additional security shall comply with the stated KPPRA notifications. Tendering shall be processed under the Above Below At Par System based on MRS-2025 1st Biannual, with the applicable option stated in the Tender Form and BOQ. Signed and stamped bid documents and required supporting documents shall be uploaded online, while original bid security, additional bid security where applicable and No Litigation or Non-Blacklisting Affidavit shall be submitted in hard copy through registered courier before closing. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date and ties may be decided through free toss.
