Construction of Solar based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts on need basis (2025-26), comprising Construction or Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Sewai Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Kuz Wara Mamund Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Bara Loe Mamund Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur - Construction or Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Sadin Salarzai Tehsil Salarzai District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Lar Madak Tehsil Salarzai District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Lar Sadin Tehsil Salarzai District Bajaur - Construction or Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well at Mandal District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Utmankhel Tehsil Utman Khel District Bajaur - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Arang or Barang District Bajaur - Construction or Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells at Badan Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur - Construction or Installation of New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells at Sheikh Meno and Mufti Abad Tehsil Khar District Bajaur. Individual estimated costs range from Rs.4.140 million to Rs.10.927 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in Category C-06 and above with CE-04(v) or CE-04(viii) together with EE-11(iii) or EE-11(xvii) specialization and must also be registered with KPRA. Bidding is through the Single Stage Single Envelope system on EPADS, with the requisite documents, original CDR bid security and stamp duty submitted as specified and clear scanned documents uploaded electronically. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of estimated cost is required through separate CDR. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, while bids are due by 02-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 01:00 PM the same day.
