College Canteen Operation Annual Contract Tender Notice
Description
One-year contract for operating the college canteen at Government Girls Postgraduate College Kohat. Sealed tenders are invited from female contractors. Tender forms may be obtained from the college office after publication of the advertisement against a non-refundable fee of Rs.500. The completed tender must include the contractor's full name, address, mobile phone number and a list showing the rates of items to be sold in the canteen. The sealed tender must reach the college by registered post during office hours on 31-08-2026. Tenders submitted by participating female contractors will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in their presence. The successful contractor must deposit a refundable security of Rs.70,000 within seven days of approval of the tender. The Principal reserves the right to cancel any tender on technical grounds.
