Road Construction Parri Minawar Sakwar Areas Gilgit Tender Notice
Description
Construction of road infrastructure in Parri Minawar and Sakwar areas of Gilgit under a public works development project with estimated cost PKR 15088242. Eligible contractors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category with valid registration up to June 2026 may participate. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated office upon written request and submission of required documents including PEC registration renewal fee receipt CNIC and valid certificates confirming no sick scheme and no litigation. Bids must include bid security of PKR 302000 in the form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank and must be submitted in sealed envelope before the closing time and will be opened thirty minutes after closing in presence of bidders. Additional performance guarantee may be required for abnormally low bids and procurement authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to procurement rules.
