Pharmacy Medicines Consumables Supply Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Establish and operate a 24 by 7 pharmacy outlet within a healthcare facility for supply of medicines and medical consumables requiring firms with experience of at least three similar assignments minimum value PKR 10 million each active taxpayer status valid regulatory license financial capacity of at least PKR 10 million turnover certificate and provision of DRAP registered items with 75 to 80 percent shelf life along with affidavit of non blacklisting with procurement under single stage two envelope procedure including eligibility and financial proposals with payment terms within 120 days and document fee for obtaining list of items and quotations to be submitted in sealed form with opening on same day at specified time
