Supply Of Veterinary Medicines Tender Notice

Supply of veterinary medicines for financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027 through two lots - Lot No 1 Veterinary Medicines comprising 80 items with estimated amount Rs.2.5 million - Lot No 2 Veterinary Medicines comprising 140 items with estimated amount Rs.2.5 million - total estimated amount Rs.5 million. Quotations are invited electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 from eligible bidders. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 and manual, personal or paper submissions will not be accepted. Selection will be conducted on Quality and Cost Based Selection basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, procurement guidelines and instructions. Bid security is mandatory in the amount specified in the bidding documents and may be submitted through Pay Order, Call Deposit or Demand Draft. Bidders must complete registration on EPADS Version 2.0 by 11:00 AM on 3 September 2026 and e-bids will be opened through EPADS Version 2.0 at 11:30 AM on the same day. Each firm must submit 2 percent bid security in favour of Director General Pakistan Rangers Punjab through Pay Order or Bank Draft, refundable as specified. Bidders must mention their General Sales Tax Registration Number and National Tax Number in the tender quotation, otherwise the quotation will be rejected. The successful bidder must deposit 5 percent of the total tender cost as security in favour of Pakistan Rangers Punjab within 15 days of receiving the approval notification, refundable after 30 June 2027. The procurement covers veterinary medicines and related veterinary pharmaceutical supplies for the Remount Veterinary and Farm requirements, with lot-wise pricing, EPADS electronic bidding, bid security, tax registration and performance security requirements.
