Solarization And Development Works In Tump Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development works through sealed percentage rate tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 of the Government of Balochistan as amended up to date, comprising Solarization of DEO Office Tump - Revamping of Football Stadium Mand - Construction of Graveyard Shade Dazin - Supply and Fixing of Welcome Sign Board District Tump - Establishment of Mini Park at Tehsil Mand District Tump. Procurement will be carried out under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security or earnest money is 2 percent, completion period is 12 months and bid validity is 90 days. Eligibility requires valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and discipline, including C-6 and above where applicable, and registration with applicable tax authorities including NTN, BRA and Sales Tax Department. Tender fee is Rs.1,000 or Rs.3,000 as specified in the tender documents and is non-refundable. Tender documents are issued upon presentation of requisite documents. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 12:00 PM and opened at 01:00 PM on the stated submission date. The works comprise solarization, football stadium revamping, graveyard shade construction, signage installation and mini park establishment, covering civil works, electrical works, public facility development, park construction and related infrastructure.
