Procurement Drugs Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of drugs and medicines and medical and laboratory equipment for Police Lines Dispensary Islamabad during Financial Year 2026-27. Sealed electronic bids are required from eligible bidders through EPADS Version 2.0. Interested firms and companies must hold valid and active NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number and must be regular taxpayers included in the Active Tax Payers List of FBR. Participating firms must provide certified registration documents, General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number and bank account details, with Vendor Number AGPR where applicable. Procurement will use Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable PPRA rules, regulations, guidelines and instructions. Each bid must include bid security of the prescribed value in the bidding documents through Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted. Electronic bids must be submitted only through EPADS Version 2.0 by 11:00 AM on the stated deadline and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The department may increase or decrease quantities according to requirements. The procurement covers pharmaceuticals, drugs, medicines, medical equipment, laboratory equipment and dispensary supplies.
