Construct establishment of center for advanced pathological laboratories including molecular genetic and medical research facilities with procurement through single stage one envelope procedure via EPADS requiring firms registered with income tax authorities Pakistan Engineering Council category C-2 or above with specified specializations minimum five years experience tax returns for last five years completion of similar projects average annual turnover requirements valid electrical license and submission of bids with 2 percent earnest money and tender fee with evaluation under applicable procurement rules and opening on specified date and time
