Renewal of licenses for Web Application Firewall WAF1 and WAF2 through E-PADS using Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended. Bidders must be on the Active list of Tax Payer of FBR or SRB, as applicable. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS only and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 5 percent of the total estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favour of Sindh Bank Ltd. The bid security must be submitted as specified with the tender name and reference number.
