Provision Security Services Model Schools Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services to 13 Workers Model Higher Secondary Schools in Balochistan for one year. Bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will use Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Proposals must include bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. A tender fee of Rs.5,000 is payable through Pay Order in favour of Secretary Workers Welfare Board Balochistan. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and manual submission is not permitted. E-bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on the same day as the submission deadline. Only shortlisted firms will be contacted and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject applications. The security services procurement requires eligible security service providers, EPADS registration, compliant technical and financial proposals, bid security and adherence to the prescribed non-consultancy services bidding procedure. Security guarding services, school security, institutional security and security personnel deployment are directly relevant procurement terms for this contract.
