Installation Pco Voice Video Call System Tender Notice
Description
Installation of PCO system for voice and video calls on turnkey basis with support services under SLA Phase-V covering 14 jails in Punjab and increasing the number of PCO booths at Central Jail Rawalpindi, District Jail Lahore, new buildings of District Jail Gujrat and M. B. Din as specified in the RFP. The tender will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure with separate Technical and Financial Bids. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000 through Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, sealed and submitted in the prescribed tender box, with the tender name mentioned on the envelope. Each bid must include bid security of Rs.20 million through Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the submission date. Incomplete, unsealed, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other required documents must accompany bids. The successful bidder must furnish 05 percent Performance Security of contract value through Bank Guarantee or CDR, releasable after successful completion subject to contractual obligations. The procurement covers PCO voice and video calling systems, turnkey installation, PCO booths, jail communication infrastructure and SLA-based support services, requiring technical and financial proposals, bid security, tax registration and performance security.
