Construct doctor accommodation including buildings and infrastructure development for a 286 bedded general hospital with deployment of all required materials labor formwork tools and machinery under prequalification process through EPADS requiring contractors with PEC category C-2 or above with procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and submission of proposals electronically with opening on same day at specified time
