Earthen Plastic Cement Planters Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of pots of different sizes on annual framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27 for Horticulture Agency, Lahore, comprising Lot 1 earthen pots 14-inch diameter; Lot 2 earthen pots 18-inch diameter Peshawari; Lot 3 plastic pots 4-inch; Lot 4 plastic pots 10-inch; Lot 5 plastic pots 12-inch; Lot 6 plastic pots 14-inch hanging; Lot 7 round cement planters 24-inch diameter and 21-inch depth with 1-inch wall width, concrete crush material and iron steel; Lot 8 round cement planters 20-inch diameter and 21-inch depth with 1-inch wall width, concrete crush material and iron steel; and Lot 9 rectangular cemented planters in Kiyari shape, 4 feet length, 11-inch width and 1.5 feet depth with four corner feet, three inches above ground level, made from grey cement and iron steel. The estimated costs range from Rs. 487,500 to Rs. 7,275,000 per lot and bid security is 2% of each lot estimated cost. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Lot-wise lowest rates will be accepted, and lot-wise sample submission is mandatory for technical evaluation. Items must be supplied at the Horticulture Agency Lahore head office on Jail Road within the period specified in the purchase order. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened. The competent authority may increase or decrease quantities by 15%.
