Framework Contract Silage Experimental Animals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of silage for experimental animals on framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27 for the Department of Theriogenology, University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore. The estimated price is Rs. 1,440,000 and refundable bid security is 2%, stated as Rs. 28,800. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax on Services, General Sales Tax and Professional Tax as applicable. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be processed through the prescribed e-Procurement System by the submission deadline. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section. If the tender opening date is declared a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day. All assessment and procurement procedures including uploading, downloading, opening, evaluation and award are governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
