Licensing Outsourcing Ancillary Services Tender Notice

Description

Licensing and outsourcing of ancillary services to cadets and staff through lot-wise open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, comprising Lot-1 Welfare Center through licensing of designated on-campus premises, Lot-2 Laundry Service through licensing of designated on-campus premises, Lot-3 Tailoring Service through outsourcing or service contract, and Lot-4 Cobbler Service through outsourcing or service contract. Bidders may participate in one or more lots subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed in the Bid Solicitation Documents, and each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. For Lots 1 and 2, the annual quoted license fee is payable monthly relative to the prescribed minimum or reserve amounts, while Lots 3 and 4 are governed by the applicable contract or license fee provisions in the bidding documents. Bid security is 2% of the total annual license fee quoted by the bidder in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bankers cheque in favour of Principal, Girls Cadet College, DI Khan. The initial contract period is one year and may be extended based on performance, institutional need and approval of the competent authority. Bidders must submit sealed bids containing mandatory documents and forms to the designated office before the stipulated deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28-08-2026 at 10:00 AM, bid submission deadline is 07-09-2026 at 02:00 PM and bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. The Bid Solicitation Document contains the detailed scope and eligibility requirements. Late bids will not be entertained and the competent authority may reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
