Tehsil Municipal Officer Dourmera Torghar invites electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 from experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms having NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare Parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement covers fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, one 1-1.5 cubic meter mini tipper and one tractor trolley, all according to prescribed specifications and complete in all respects. The chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA. Bidders must be registered on EPADS. Bids must be submitted online by 08-09-2026 at 11:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Original 2% bid security of the total bid price in the form of CDR in favour of TMO TMA Dourmera must reach the procuring entity before the closing date and time. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes and stamp duties shall apply. Purchase order will be subject to release of funds. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted.
