Plants Supply Replenishment Sahiwal Forest Division Tender Notice

Sahiwal Forest Division invites bids from Sales Tax and Income Tax registered active taxpayers for purchase and supply of plants under Replenishment Cost for DM Road from KM 06 to 50 KM, including Medina 42 average KM and Left Right Side 36 average KM, for 2026-27. The first category covers 17,325 ornamental shady flowering trees/shrubs including Amaltas, Lagerstroemia, Kachnar, Tabebuia, Techoma, Bottle Brush and Terminalia, with plant height 10 to 12 feet in 18-inch pot size, at an average rate of Rs.1,494 and estimated total of Rs.25,883,550. Ground cover plants including Sapra Grass, Silvery, Lal Jhari, Euphorbia, Lal Patti, Duranta and Ficus species comprise 14,805 plants in P.Bags with 1-foot height at Rs.100 each, total Rs.1,480,500. Total estimated amount for this section is Rs.27,364,050 with 5% bid security of Rs.1,368,203. The second section covers 14,850 roadside/LRS trees including Budha Tree, Bakain, Gul-e-Mohar, Ashok Straight, Gul-e-Nishtar, Jacaranda, Neem, Peepal, Pilkan and Banian, with 10-12 feet height in 18-inch pots, estimated at Rs.22,185,900, plus 13,395 ground cover plants at Rs.100 each, estimated at Rs.1,339,500. Total for the second section is Rs.23,525,400 with 5% bid security of Rs.1,176,270. The tender requires 5% security through the online portal, quotation of rates for all plants and Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids will be opened on 10-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of Deputy Conservator of Forests Sahiwal. Quantity may increase or decrease and supply will be made as directed.
