Description

Outsourcing of HVAC system operational and maintenance services for the HVAC system of the Inpatient Block (New Building), HVAC system of Emergency Operation Theatre, split ACs and power generators at The Children's Hospital & University of Child Health Sciences Lahore. The procurement is divided into four items: HVAC system of Inpatient Block with estimated cost Rs. 10,450,000 and 2% bid security Rs. 209,000; HVAC Emergency Operation Theatre repair/replacement parts with estimated cost Rs. 6,600,000 and 2% bid security Rs. 132,000; framework contract for repair, parts installation and replacement and maintenance of split ACs with estimated cost Rs. 10,500,000 and 2% bid security Rs. 210,000; and maintenance and service contract for six power generators with estimated cost Rs. 1,595,000 and 2% bid security Rs. 31,900. The contracts are generally without parts and include price lists for spare parts where specified. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Scanned copies of original bid security must be uploaded with the technical bid and originals submitted to the Maintenance Department before the bid submission deadline. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the conference room of the Admin Block. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and amendments.
