Framework contract for providing RPC manhole covers in City Rahim Yar Khan for financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract cost is Rs. 50,000,000 and earnest money is Rs. 2,500,000, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. The contract period is from issuance of work order until 30-06-2027 and cannot be extended beyond that date. Eligible contractors and firms must have a valid PEC license in the relevant category and specific codes for 2026-27. Digital bid security equal to 5% of estimated bid cost in favour of Managing Director WASA Rahim Yar Khan must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must download the approved DNIT/Bid, quote item-wise rates and upload the signed and stamped bid. Percentage-based rates will be treated as non-responsive.
