Dewatering Sets Horticulture Agency Gujrat Tender Notice

Supply of dewatering sets (1.5 cusecs), shaft driven, tractor mounted for Horticulture Agency Gujrat. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,300,000 and bid security is Rs. 65,000, equal to 5% of estimated cost. Horticulture Agency Gujrat invites bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab e-PAD/e-Procurement System for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit valid PEC license and bid electronically on item rates basis. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded on E-PADS in favour of Managing Director Horticulture Agency Gujrat, while the original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening. Failure to submit the original CDR may result in disqualification or declaration of the bid as non-responsive. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting.
