Description
Installation of CCTV cameras at the Office of District Council Faisalabad for financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,305,608 and bid security is Rs. 65,275, stated as 5% of estimated cost. Eligible experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors and suppliers may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and physical financial instruments including CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts and Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable procurement rules and regulations.
