Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad invites sealed tenders from registered firms for procurement of miscellaneous items under ADP Scheme 2025-26, Scheme No. 150031 – Establishment of Government Colleges in KPK, on loan need basis. The procurement has a total estimated cost of Rs. 6,000,000/-, comprising Computer & Allied Accessories worth Rs. 3,000,000/- and Plant & Machinery worth Rs. 3,000,000/-. Sealed tenders through registered post/courier are required to reach Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad by 07-09-2026 at 12:00 PM during office hours. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms who may wish to attend. Tender forms must be obtained from and submitted on the prescribed forms issued by Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad; forms other than the prescribed college form will not be accepted and alterations or overwriting in the tender form are not permitted. A bid security equal to 2% of the total tender value is required in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Cheque in favour of the Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad. The successful bidder shall submit additional performance security equivalent to 10% of the supply order within 10 days. Failure to submit the performance security may result in forfeiture of the bid security and award of the supply to the second lowest successful bidder. Successful firms must submit category-wise samples within 10 days, where required. Supplies will be inspected by the relevant purchase committee and substandard or unsatisfactory items may result in withholding of payment and forfeiture of security. Firms must provide valid renewed Income Tax and Sales Tax registration documents for 2025-26. Supply must be completed within 10 days of issuance of the supply order, failing which the order may be cancelled and security forfeited. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to law. No tender will be accepted after the prescribed date and time. Where applicable, firms shall provide after-sales service for one additional year. Delivery of goods to Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Partial or incomplete supply shall not be accepted.
