Biometric Time Attendance Management System Bise Multan 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan invites tenders from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the procurement and installation of a Biometric Time Attendance Management System. The procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Only firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Complete bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 05-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Manual bids, registered post, courier or other physical submissions will not be accepted. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 146,000/-, is required to be deposited digitally through the E-Pay system. The estimated tender cost is Rs. 2,920,000/-. Bids that are incomplete, unreadable or virus-infected may be rejected. Bidders are required to submit complete documents duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the firm. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. The bid validity period is 90 days.
