Annual Framework Contract for financial year 2026-27 covering Lot 1 temporary lighting arrangements, sound systems, generators, electrical installations and tentage services for cultural and religious days; Lot 2 supply of plants, seeds and seedlings; Lot 3 supply of Bhall or Sweet Soil; and Lot 4 civil works for Horticulture Agency Gujrat. The estimated costs are Rs. 1,000,000 for Lot 1, Rs. 15,600,000 for Lot 2, Rs. 3,000,000 for Lot 3 and Rs. 3,900,000 for Lot 4, with total estimated cost of Rs. 23,500,000 and total bid security of Rs. 1,175,000. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and must be submitted in original in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued from BOP in favour of the Managing Director Horticulture Agency Gujrat before the e-bid submission deadline, with a PDF copy uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted lot-wise by 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each lot must be bid as a whole and may be evaluated separately, with the contract awarded to the single lowest evaluated bidder for the whole lot. Technical samples or brochures are required where applicable. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee and execute the contract agreement. E-Bid validity extends to 30-06-2027. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement.
