Construction and rehabilitation of roads and construction of streets and drainage in District Wazirabad, comprising construction or rehabilitation of road from GT Road to Bhatti Mansoor; construction or rehabilitation of road from GT Road to Budha Rajada via Kot Khizri; construction or rehabilitation of road from Mukhtar Fish Point GT Road to Veroki; construction of streets and drainage at UC Gaga Mittar; construction of streets and drainage at UC Jura; construction of streets and drainage at UC Mazoorabad; construction of streets and drainage at UC Jandiala Dab Wala; and construction of streets and drainage at Village Jaura. The estimated costs range from Rs. 2 million to Rs. 42.440 million, with earnest money at 5% of estimated cost ranging from Rs. 0.100 million to Rs. 2.122 million. Eligible contractors and firms must hold valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category or codes for financial year 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Civil Division Gujranwala, and physical bid securities are not accepted. Bidders must quote item rates against each item, total amounts and grand total in the financial proposal; percentage rates above or below estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a 5% performance guarantee within 15 days of receipt of offer letter. Bids must be submitted by 07-09-2026 at 01:00 PM and opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. MRS Rates of 1st Bi-Annual 2026 are applicable.
